The Tasting Room is our winery, distillery, store, hang out, kitchen and serving area. We're sort of a multi purpose space that guests are welcomed into. We often get asked if there's a winery tour and really you are already in it.
We are a farm so there will be animals around. We do ask that you keep your pets on a leash as there are sheep usually behind electric fences, as well as chickens, cats and dogs living on the farm.
We have several options for tasting:
1. Want to enjoy wine outside on the patio AND don't want to make small talk then the mini Wine Flight is for you! 3 glasses of 50 ml of wine we have open right now $12 plus tax
2. If you want to do the same as above but with cocktails then Mini cocktail flight is for you! 3 glasses of 15 ml of spirits and mixer $15 plus tax
3. If you like small talk AND small tastings then a tasting with Ben or Jill at the table INSIDE the winery. Wine tastings $5/person any wines we have open

4. If you know what you like then a glass of wine $12.50 taxes included!

This is a off-dry (read sweet) white wine infused with Campbell River’s Stonehouse Tea’s Campbell River Blend. Floral and way too easy to drink 750 ml bottle
Winemaking notes: Fined with bentonite prior to bottling Bottled unfiltered pH 3.59 TA 6.6g/l RS 2.4 g/l Sulphites added at bottling at 30 ppm
Virga 2024 11.6% $26 plus tax
Blend of Siegerrebe and Petit Milo (a white vinifera hybrid grape). Slightly sparkly, a perfect Patio wine. 750 ml bottle
Winemaking notes: Fined with bentonite prior to bottling Bottled unfiltered pH 3.95 TA 5.3g/l RS 1.3g/l Sulphites added at bottling at 30 ppm
SPARKLING AND FORTIFIED WINES

Fizzy, low alcohol, no sweetness, a little tart, dry cider/sour beer/funky wine mashup. Made from grape pressings, rehydrated and fermented – 750 ml bottle
2020 Jimmy K 10.6% $12.00 plus tax
Prosecco style, fun little half bottle of sparkling wine – 375 ml bottle
Crème de Baies 15% $21.65 plus tax
Sweet farm grown berry liqueur, add a splash to some sparkling water or wine for a delish cocktail! - 375 ml bottle
Starboard 22.1% $25.00 plus tax
Port style sweet red wine, it’s NOT PORT – 375 ml bottle

Made from our wine, aged with oak chips in demi-johns
